Modelling thought patterns can be the fastest AnxietyCure!

Quickly and easily create behavioural, mental and lifestyle changes that will be the AnxietyCure or solution to your anxiety or depression problems.

Any "fast" AnxietyCure method that you purchase over the net, or anywhere else for that matter, will involve modelling behaviour and internal dialogue.

Modelling behaviour in the strictest sense of the word, is when we "elicit someone's strategy".

Now that may sound complicated, but it's really just a time consuming task, where every component of thought and action that creates a successful outcome, is taken note of, and then can be copied and reproduced.

This is from the slightest detail of imagery, sound, and feeling involved in the makeup of a successful or beneficial emotion, to the physical actions and behaviours that go alongside the thoughts.

Much like what happens when you hire a coach to teach you how to do something.
The coach has "modelled" how you need to (in tennis for example) hold your racquet, where to stand, how to keep yourself fit, and so on - and then he teaches you the behaviours and actions.

A great coach would also teach you  what to think as you perform the actions.

Ask yourself : Why do all the olympic teams and National teams now employ "sports psychologists"?

What's useful about an anxiety cure you may purchase, is that all the time-consuming work of "eliciting the successful strategy", has already been done.

The successful behaviours needed to recover from anxiety and depression are already well modelled.

So, what you could look out for when researching an anxiety cure program, is a programme that involves visualisation, auditory stimulus, kinesthetic stimulus, anchoring.

If the "cure" has some or most of these methods, then the authors have at least taken the time to model the new beliefs and behaviours that will set you free from your anxiety and depression.

It's a simple concept:

They model the thoughts and actions you need to do.
You listen to/watch them, frequently enough, and your behaviour and beliefs change for the better.

Remember Pavlovs Dog...repetition is the mother of all skill!

It's a conditioning process.

Anchoring makes the process go quickly, and revisiting the methods periodically after your "anxiety cure" has worked, cements the new behaviour patterns for you.

Simple really.

All you need to do is find a good programme and, as Nike say "Just Do It!".

A great example of these techniques which we recommend and which also uses accelerated learning methods, can be found here.
